FALL REGISTRATION UPDATE
There are no more walk up registration dates at this time. Mail in registrations for pre-printed forms and online pre-registration forms will still be accepted for those divisions that still have openings. Please go to www.eayso.org and follow the instructions for online pre-registration.

Please note that even if you filled out the online pre-registration form, your child will not be officially registered until you print out three copies, sign them and mail them with payment, $90.00 for each child, to the address below. In addition, new players to the region need to send a copy of a birth certificate as proof of age. A copy of a medical card or immunization record with a birth date are also acceptable.

Intermediate Referee Class. You must attend both days and pass a test to get full credit.

Manditory Coach's Meeting & Team Distribution for all U16 & U19 Divisions. Information pertaining to your particular division and the upcoming season will be discussed. You will also be able to pick up your team uniforms that day.

U16 Division: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
U19 Division: 8:00pm - 9:00pm

Picture Day for the Fall Soccer Season. This event will be held at Westwind Community Park. More information on times coming soon!

REQUEST FOR CITY LIAISON
We are currently looking for an individual to be a liaison between the region and the City of Ontario's Parks and Recreation department. If you are interested in helping out, please let us know. Your support is greatly appreciated.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We currently have openings for coaches, referees and board member positions. If you are interested in helping out the region in anyway, please let us know. Your support is greatly appreciated.

WE PLAY IN THE RAIN!
It is our policy to allow games to be played on rainy days. The only real exception is if lightning is present. If there is a change to this policy, division commissioners will contact the coaches with updates.
